Tutu's

The other day I was thinking about how Kylee is almost 6 months old (hard to believe) and she is going to be getting her 6 mo. pics done soon so I wanted her to have an adorable tutu to wear :D Anyway, the price of tutu's. . . especially a CUTE one is ridiculous so I decided to make my own. . . . for 2 dollars each, yes 2 dollars EACH I made these 3 tutu's and I'm so proud of myself.....The pink one was the first. . . the Halloween one is to wear near Halloween etc. and the leopard print is my total fav. and will be what her 6 months pics are in :D Of course I will be making matching headbands as well lol

Just a Picnic in the Park

So I've been waiting and waiting and WAITING for the weather to get nice and cool so we could finally take Kylee outside to a park just to sit and relax without dying from heatstroke.  Ky LOVES being outside...she loves the trees, and the clouds, and just basically everything so I was SUPER excited when Travis got off of work early today and we got to take her to the park to have a picnic :D We had so much fun and it was great family time that we got to enjoy together :) Also please excuse the sunglasses.....no makeup :D

Okay, I know I've been slacking a lot but I apologize....I've just been outside enjoying the BEAUTIFUL weather!!! :D Anyway, we had a great weekend with perfect weather....Kylee got some new clothes and new toys too!! here's just a few pics. more updates to come tomorrow!

To Daycare or Not to Daycare....

If you follow me on twitter than you already know that I went and checked out The Goddard School today because I'm considering going back to work ...key word: CONSIDERING. Problem: I loved the Goddard School.. . .if I could feel safe with her at a daycare. . .this would be the school. . . .However, I don't want to go back to work only to be paying for daycare and have a tiny amount of money for extras left over. . .and I DONT want to leave my daughter :( help?

Fall

This coming Saturday is the first day of October! Exciting right?  Well I would be 67893942309x more excited if we had some nice COOL weather over here I took Kylee to Target today and almost died from heat stroke (okay I'm exaggerating) but it was super hot. . . .anyway here are a few things I'm SUPER excited about for fall

 And in case you haven't guessed....yes....fall IS my favorite season :)

Our BIG day at The little Gym

So today was Kylee's introductory at The Little Gym and she absolutely LOVED it.  When we arrived we took of our shoes (well mine anyway) and then sat around a bucket of jingle bells and shakers.  Once class started we sung a song and got introduced to everyone in the class. Kylee was in the bugs (4mo.-10 mo.) but it was also mixed in the with birds (10mo.-19mo.) with probably around 9 kids total. All of the moms were so nice and welcoming, and our instructor was great!  After song Kylee got to roll on a rolly thing (idk what to call it), as well as "walk" with me, grasp bars, try to crawl, play on a cheese mat (not real cheese), practice learning how to crawl, and play with different ball textures.....where we had a giant spit up attack but it's okay hahaha! Kylee had SO much fun though and she loved seeing other babies and I loved seeing her happy and learning, and I had a great time with the other mommies as well! Heres a few pics (sorry did'nt take any inside).
